Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The individual or organization placing an order via the website.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to pay the product price, including any shipping fees and taxes, and confirms having read this agreement.

2. Definitions

Goods: Physical products or digital items (software, audio, video, etc.) purchased.
Services: Any non-goods service offered for a fee.
Site: SELLER’s website.
Orderer: Buyer placing the order on the website.

3. Products & Prices

Product details (type, brand, model, color, quantity) are available on the website.
Prices listed on the website are final and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
Delivery time is indicated on the website and may vary based on Buyer location.

4. Payment & Delivery

Payment methods are specified on the website.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer.
Buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery and reject damaged items.
Any damage after delivery is the Buyer’s responsibility.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers can cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods or from the start of services.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exceptions: Customized products, underwear, swimsuits, cosmetics once opened, perishable goods, and digital content that has been accessed.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the return; the Seller will collect the returned goods within 20 days.

6. Default & Liability

If payment via credit card fails, the Buyer is responsible for any bank fees or interest.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, unforeseen events), delivery may be delayed, and the Buyer will be informed.

7. Communication & Marketing

The Seller may contact the Buyer via email, SMS, or phone for order updates and marketing purposes.
Buyer consents to receiving such communications by placing an order.

8. Legal Compliance

Buyers must use the website according to applicable laws and ethical standards.
Misuse of the website (spam, viruses, harassment) is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved according to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, in consumer courts or arbitration boards based on the Buyer’s location and transaction value.

10. Effective Date

This Agreement takes effect when the Buyer completes payment. By ordering, the Buyer confirms reading and accepting all terms.
