How to Return an Item?

You can return or exchange the product within 14 daysfrom the date of delivery, provided that it is unused and in resalable condition and within the 14-day withdrawal period .
To return your returned products, please contact us via WhatsApp and request a return code. You can use the code to return your product via Aras Kargo or HepsJet in Turkey, or via DHL or FedEx in the United States .
SCARPAX has warehouses in Türkiye and the USA. You can return your product to the warehouse in the country where you purchased it using the return code provided to you.

For all products, once the return is accepted, the return shipping fee will not be reflected on the buyer.
Once your return is approved,your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days .

All returns are reviewed by the SCARPAX team to ensure they meet the above conditions.
If the products purchased within the scope of the campaign are returned, the campaign will be canceled.

Products that are over 14 days old, used, damaged, missing accessories or without an invoice/label.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. You can send your product via Aras Kargo or HepsiJet in Turkey, or via DHL or FedEx in the United States,using the return code provided.
Please send us the product code, color, size of the productyou wish to return, as well as the information about the product you wish to exchange, via our WhatsApp line.
Only size changescan be made, exchange with a different product is not possible.
If the requested product is not in stock, a refundwill be made.
Exchanges are made within 2 business daysafter the returned product reaches us .
Exchanged products cannot be returned. Any additional shipping costs that may occur for repeated exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
