Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The natural person or legal entity that places an order through the website.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to pay the product price (including shipping and taxes) and confirms that he/she has read this agreement.

2. Definitions

Goods: Physical products or digital content (software, audio, video, etc.) purchased.
Service: Any non-goods service offered in return for a fee.
Site: SELLER's website.
Orderer: Buyer who places an order through the website.

3. Products and Prices

Details regarding the products (type, brand, model, color, quantity) are available on the website.
Prices stated on the website are final and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
Delivery time is stated on the website and may vary depending on the Buyer's location.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment methods are specified on the website.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer when ordering.
The buyer is responsible for checking the products at the time of delivery and not accepting damaged products.
Buyer is responsible for damages after delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may cancel his order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the date the service started.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exceptions:

Custom-made products,
Underwear, swimsuits, bikinis,
Opened cosmetic products,
Perishable products,
Accessed digital content is not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving the returned product. The seller is obligated to receive the return within 20 days at the latest.

6. Default and Liability

In case of unsuccessful payment by credit card, the Buyer is responsible for bank charges and interest.
Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure (natural disasters, unforeseen events); in this case, the Buyer will be informed.

7. Communication and Marketing

The Seller may contact the Buyer via e-mail, SMS or telephone for order and campaign information.
By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have approved these communications.

8. Legal Compliance

The buyer is obliged to use the website in accordance with the applicable laws and ethical rules.
Abuse of the website (spam, viruses, harassment, etc.) is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved in the consumer courts or consumer arbitration committees where the Buyer is located, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 .

10. Entry into Force

This contract comes into force when the Buyer completes the payment.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and accepted all terms.
